Elliot Jacobson, MD
Dr. Jacobson is the Medical Director and co-founder of Venn Med – A multidisciplinary Integrative and Functional Medicine Clinic in Toronto focused on treating complex chronic disease. He is board certified in Integrative Medicine through the American Board of Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Jacobson was a member of the Lyme Disease and Tick-borne Illnesses Task Force in Ontario, who published their report in 2018. He has been a member of ILADS since 2014, and continues to advocate for patients suffering with tick-borne illness.
